This garment features Vermeer’s “Girl with a Pearl Earring” on the upper back complete with royal blue trims and gold accents. Paired with royal blue skinnies and armed with a leopard print handbag to kill. She simply asks :” What is more powerful a fabulous handbag or a gun? “
